The Life Discovery team now offers consulting services to organizations. Whether you are conducting team-building seminar for a group of people or a meeting to develop your top leadership, Life Discovery has tools customizable to the needs of your group. Our consulting services are lead by Dr. Millard, who draws on over 30 years of experience with intrinsic motivations, life calling and leadership to instruct and inspire others. 

Dr. Millard and other Life Discovery professionals are available for both seminars and traditional consulting.

Daylong or multi-day seminars are available. Although the seminars are customizable, all seminars will include the administration of the IMAGE assessment and debriefing of the assessment. Other topics may include:

• Creation of a Team Profile and the Team Circle
• The IMAGE Career Compatibility Profile
• Communication strategies
• The nature of the seven intrinsic motivations in relationships
• Leadership training
• Team dynamics

If you believe the IMAGE tool would be useful to your organization ongoing, you may want to consider having a team member become a certified IMAGE coach. This role can be found in many forms, such as an HR professional at a company, a teacher at a school, a leader in a church, a private counselor, etc.  Find out more about becoming an IMAGE Coach.

Once your organization has an IMAGE coach, there are various tools, complimentary and for purchase, available for use with groups.  We recommend the IMAGE for Teams package, which includes PowerPoint presentations, guidelines for activities and other useful tools for conducting team building.
